    In the event that Affordable Expert PC Services repairs your device, but the device still has the same problem, we will diagnose it again at no additional charge. Additonal costs to repair, if any, would be determined upon reexamination. In most circumstances, no additional labor fees would be charged. Additional part costs are the responsibility of the device owner. This excludes physically damaged items, on-site service, or if past 60 days from the date the device is picked up from our location.

    If a part that we replaced for you during servicing fails without being tampered with, we will replace it free of charge within 60 days after the device repair is completed.

    Purchased merchandise from our store location carries a 7 day return period and up to 30 days for store credit, and also a 30 day warranty. If the item does not function or stops functioning, we will replace it during the 30 day period. If the item has noticeable physical damage or tampering, it will not be accepted. Items can not be returned for store credit and then repurchased to extend this period.

    If we special order an item for you, it has the same return and warranty policy as any other item (shown above), however they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned for either money back or store credit.

    Software is not returnable. No exceptions.

    Diagnostic and other labor fees are not refundable, but they may be applied to future repairs or other services, depending on the situation.

Virus and Spyware related issues:

    If the original problem is spyware/virus related, we can usually remove all traces without requiring a reinstallation of the system's software. In rare cases, a reinstallation is required in order to make the system work properly. If a device is wiped and has the software reinstalled, it will not have virus/spyware problems upon completion. Virus and spyware issues will not be covered under warranty if this occurs. If a device has viruses and spyware removed instead of reinstalling all of the software from scratch, a second diagnosis will be done at no charge to the customer. If it is found that virus and spyware related files were created after the system was picked up, the repair will not be covered under warranty.
